Terms of service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of consultations, marketing audits, and other professional services offered by Jupiter House LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Jupiter House," "we," "us," or "our").

By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Jupiter House provides marketing consulting, audits, strategy, and related professional services.

Current services may include:

Meet Jupiter House β€” A complimentary 20-minute introductory call intended to learn about your business or project and discuss how Jupiter House may be able to help.

Focused Marketing Audit β€” An in-depth review of one selected area of marketing for one brand, such as social media, a website, or marketing strategy. The service includes a discovery meeting, our review and analysis, a written report containing findings and recommendations, and one follow-up call.

Business Marketing Audit β€” A broader review of one brand's marketing, including areas such as messaging, website presence, and social media and how those elements work together. The service includes a discovery meeting, our review and analysis, a written report containing findings and recommendations, and one follow-up call.

The specific scope of a service is determined by the description presented at the time of purchase and any written communications between the client and Jupiter House.

2. Payment

Payment for paid services is due at the time of purchase unless Jupiter House agrees otherwise in writing.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment one time at no additional charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

The rescheduled appointment must occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled appointment and is subject to availability.

Requests received less than 24 hours before an appointment and missed appointments are not eligible for the complimentary reschedule and may require purchase of a new appointment or service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Our ability to perform an audit or provide recommendations depends upon receiving accurate and reasonably complete information from the client.

Clients may be asked to provide materials such as website information, analytics, social media insights, marketing materials, documents, reports, or access to relevant accounts or platforms.

The client represents that they have the authority to provide Jupiter House with any information, materials, or account access supplied to us.

Clients are responsible for providing requested materials and access in a timely manner. Delays or incomplete information may affect our ability to complete the service within the anticipated timeframe.

5. Account Access and Confidentiality

When account access is necessary to perform a service, Jupiter House will use that access only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.

We will take reasonable measures to protect non-public business information provided to us. Clients should use appropriate account-sharing or permission features whenever available rather than providing personal passwords.

Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Audit Reports and Delivery

For paid marketing audits, Jupiter House will provide the written report within seven business days following the discovery meeting, provided that the client has supplied all information, materials, and access reasonably necessary for us to complete the audit.

If required information is delayed or unavailable, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.

7. Follow-Up and Revisions

Each paid marketing audit includes one follow-up call to discuss the findings and recommendations contained in the written report.

Audit reports reflect Jupiter House's professional analysis based on the information available at the time of the review.

Revisions to the written audit report are not included. Additional consulting, analysis, implementation, revisions, or other work may be purchased separately if offered by Jupiter House.

8. Professional Judgment and Results

Marketing involves numerous factors outside Jupiter House's control. Our audits, recommendations, strategies, and opinions are provided based on our professional judgment and the information available to us at the time.

Jupiter House does not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, advertising, search, social media, audience, lead-generation, conversion, revenue, or other results from implementing our recommendations.

Clients remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation and for their own business decisions.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our recommendations may involve or discuss third-party websites, software, advertising platforms, social networks, analytics providers, or other services.

Jupiter House does not control these third parties and is not responsible for changes to their services, policies, algorithms, availability, pricing, performance, or other actions.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jupiter House retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, processes, templates, tools, know-how, and other intellectual property used in providing its services.

Upon full payment, the client may use the written audit report and recommendations provided specifically for their business for their own internal business purposes.

The client retains ownership of materials and intellectual property they provide to Jupiter House.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jupiter House LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services or implementation of our recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jupiter House LLC's total liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount the client paid Jupiter House for the service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time a service is purchased will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
