FAQ
Can Jupiter House market an event without planning it?
Yes. We can create an event marketing plan, promotional materials, email campaign, press release, or social media campaign while your team handles the event itself.
Can you help us create the event concept?
Yes. We can help develop an event or activation around your brand, audience, campaign, launch, or business goal.
Do you manage vendors?
Vendor research and coordination are available when included in the approved scope. Vendor contracts and payments generally remain between the client and vendor unless another arrangement is documented.
Can you provide day-of support?
Yes. On-site event support is available based on scheduling, location, staffing needs, and the responsibilities involved.
How far in advance should we begin?
Whenever possible, smaller events should begin planning at least four to eight weeks in advance. Larger events, launches, and brand activations may require several months. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability and scope.
Can you promote an event outside Wichita?
Yes. Jupiter House is based in Wichita, Kansas, and works with businesses, creators, organizations, and developing brands locally and across the country. Travel and location-related expenses may apply to in-person support outside the Wichita area.
